I teach T’ai Chi in the New Forest and also offer individual lessons.
Many students / participants are acupuncture patients, although many come purely to relax and unwind.
I have been training in the art of T’ai Chi Chuan since 1986 and I have been teaching since 1995.
T’ai Chi is a Chinese Martial Art designed to heal the body and relax the mind.
It is a system of exercise which is gentle, yet very beneficial to emotional and physical wellbeing and helps with balance and co-ordination.
Stretching exercises, along with breathing, helps to lower blood pressure and calm the mind.
I have a particular interest in working with arthritis and osteoporosis, due to favourable research showing benefits to suffers.
