Tracey welcomes all to T’ai Chi Chuan classes, held every week in the heart of the New Forest.

I teach T’ai Chi in the New Forest .

Many students / participants are acupuncture patients, although many come purely to relax and unwind.

I have been training in the art of T’ai Chi Chuan since 1986 and I have been teaching since 1995.

T’ai Chi is a Chinese Martial Art designed to heal the body and relax the mind.

It is a system of exercise which is gentle, yet very beneficial to emotional and physical wellbeing and helps with balance and co-ordination.
Stretching exercises, along with breathing, helps to lower blood pressure and calm the mind.

I have a particular interest in working with arthritis and osteoporosis, due to favourable research showing benefits to suffers.

Our school is small and openhearted – welcoming all who wish to engage in a system of exercise which buffers us against the fast moving pace of life – we have fun whilst learning this very beautiful ancient martial art.

T’ai Chi Chuan teaches the health benefits of meditation and exercise combined – and it is through T’ai Chi that I became interested in deepening my knowledge and pursuing a career in Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
